What are IFAM's opening hours?

IFAM is opened for visitors from Tuesday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 17:00, for exhibitors daily from 08.30 to 17:30.

Does IFAM have a supporting program and how can I use it?

IFAM has a content-rich supporting program. Your ticket allows you to visit most of the events free of charge.

How can I subscribe to the IFAM’s Newsletter?

IFAM sends out a free newsletter 4 times per year. The Newsletter features information about the latest industry developments and everything you need to know about the fair. You can subscribe to the IFAM’s Newsletter here.

How do I get to the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center using my navigation system?

All you have to do is enter the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center or Gospodarsko razstavišče in your navigation system.

Does my admission ticket entitle me to use public transportation free of charge?

No, the admission ticket does not entitle you to the free of charge use of public transport.

Do I need a visa, and if so, how can I apply for one?

An up-to-date list of all countries that do and do not require a visa, as well as additional information on visa procedures, requirements for the issue of visas, visa fees and application forms are available in different languages on the webpage of the Slovenian Foreign Office, as well as the respective websites of the embassies and consulates.

As a trade fair organizer, we do NOT issue official invitation letters! The exhibitor’s application, the admission ticket to the fair nor the online registration for visitors do not replace a visa invitation letter.

Does the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center enable access for handicapped visitors?

Yes, the Ljubljana fairground enables access for handicapped visitors.

Can I use WiFi at the fairground?

Free WI-FI is available in all the halls.

Am I allowed to take photos at the exhibition?

Yes, visitors are allowed to take pictures.

Am I allowed to bring my dog onto the Ljubljana fairgrounds?

Bringing animals to the fairground is prohibited.
