Aleksandar Rodić graduated in 1985 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade and received master and doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, in 1992 and 1998, respectively. Since 1987, he is with the Robotics department of Mihjalo Pupin Institute, Belgrade, whose Head of department currently is and vice-president of the Institute’s Assembly. He was elected a scientific advisor in 2009. Professor Rodić’s primary research interests are in the fields of robotics, control engineering, artificial intelligence, remote operated intelligent systems, smart agriculture, etc. He is a visiting professor at the University of Révinion (France) 2004-2014 and at the University of Technology in Anhui (Republic of China) from 2014-2019. He is a professor of Doctoral Studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade and is a member of the Advisory Board for Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology in the period (2011-2016) as well Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Software (2017-2026) with the Ministry Science, Technological Development and Innovation of Republic of Serbia.

U svetu gde brzina izlaska na tržište određuje uspeh, reverzibilno inženjerstvo postaje nezamenjiv alat. Međutim, prelaz od fizičkog objekta do upotrebljivog digitalnog CAD modela pun je inženjerskih izazova. Doc. dr Željko Santoši će na primerima iz prakse objasniti kako premostiti jaz između sirovih podataka 3D skeniranja i finalne inženjerske primene, pružajući uvid u najsavremenije metode 3D digitalizacije koje transformišu današnje proizvodno mašinstvo.

Dr. Željko Santoši je docent na Departmanu za proizvodno mašinstvo, Fakulteta tehničkih nauka, Univerziteta u Novom Sadu. Njegova primarna oblast istraživanja je vezana za proizvodno mašinstvo, 3D digitalizaciju i reverzibilno inženjerstvo, sa posebnim fokusom na primenu ovih tehnologija u industriji, medicini i očuvanju kulturnog nasleđa. Intenzivno se bavi razvojem i optimizacijom fotogrametrijske metode za beskontaktnu 3D digitalizaciju, naročito u kontekstu rekonstrukcije objekata koji nemaju izraženu vizuelnu teksturu.Takođe, bavi se rešavanjem kompleksnih izazova u oblasti reverzibilnog inženjerstva – od preciznog prikupljanja podataka 3D skeniranjem do procesiranja oblaka tačaka i poligonalne mreže u upotrebljive CAD modele

Kosta Jovanović (1986, Čačak) is an Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade – School of Electrical Engineering (ETF). He completed elementary school, Grammar School Čačak and the study programme Electrical and Computer Engineering at ETF as the best student in the class. He obtained his PhD degree in Robotics in 2016 and gained his professional experience in various institutions, such as SMS Siemag (2009), Technical University of Munich (2010) and DLR Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics (2013), all in Germany. He is an alumnus of DAAD and Foundation dr Zoran Đinđić.

He is the head of the ETF Robotics Laboratory, and he has led 4 Horizon Europe/2020 projects in robotics at ETF and collaborated with leading robotics research labs in Europe (ETH Zurich, Imperial College London, DLR, Fraunhofer, TUM, Politecnico Milano, DTI, VTT, etc.), 5 EU projects of innovations in collaboration with companies in Serbia (Galeb, ABB, Servoteh, Ivamax, Vision Equipment, Concept Line, etc.) and 2 projects funded by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia. His research interests are human-robot collaboration and the application of robots and AI in human-centred Industry 5.0. He has published papers in the most reputable robotics journals (IEEE RAM, IEEE RAL, IJRR, Computers & Education, etc.). He is devoted to providing engineering students with hands-on experience on cutting-edge technology in the lab at the graduate level and for international research collaboration at the postgraduate level.

Kosta Jovanović served as a vice-dean for collaboration with industry at ETF from 2018-2022. He has been honoured with numerous awards: scientific achievements at conferences in Serbia, Germany, and Italy, the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia, the City of Belgrade, the Nikola Tesla Foundation, and the University of Belgrade. He participates as a consultant in programs for industry-academia cooperation and vocational training funded by GIZ and EBRD. He coordinates ETF activities in collaboration with the MK Foundation for the Palace of Science project, which represents one of the most substantial private-sector investments in education in the region.

Ova prezentacija prikazuje budućnost rada kroz spoj ergonomije i robotike u okviru Industrije 4.0. Umesto tradicionalnog prilagođavanja nameštaja, fokus pomeramo na pametnu zaštitu radnika. Kroz primere senzorskih odela, egzoskeleta i kolaborativnih robota (kobota), analiziramo kako tehnologija preuzima fizički teret i repetitivne zadatke (3D poslove). Cilj je transformacija radnog mesta u prostor gde podaci i mašine proaktivno sprečavaju povrede, čuvajući kognitivno i fizičko zdravlje čoveka. Budućnost nije u zameni ljudi, već u stvaranju radnika zaštićenih tehnologijom

Profesor dr Gordana Čolović, doktor industrijskog menadžmenta, na čelu je agencije SE-ERGO čije konsultantske usluge pored poslovnog savetovanja omogućavaju ergonomsko oblikovanje  i normiranje radnih mesta u cilju očuvanja zdravlja zaposlenih i povećanja profitabilnosti. Objavila je 13  knjiga (3 na engleskom jeziku),  preko 160 stručnih i naučnih radova,  autor je poglavlja u 2 međunarodne monografije (Australija i Kina). Njene monografije o ergonomiji, strategijskom menadžmentu i tehnološkim procesima su obavezni udžbenici na mnogim svetskim univerzitetima.
