On Thursday, 27th of November 2014, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, was held the traditional Day of the faculty. The event started with the open lecture of Professor Dr. Iztok Kramberger, who presented the Trisat project. The lecture was followed by a ceremony where the best professors and students for the previous academic year were awarded. Among others, the founder and owner of the ICM Company, Mr. Toni Laznik was also awarded for special achievements – his all-round assistance for the successful presentation of the activities of faculty, professional advice and sponsorship support. The Faculty already successfully exhibited several times on the specialized B2B Trade Fair IFAM & INTRONIKA in Celje. The last two years FERI presented the complete range of activities and projects they are working on, as well the several lectures they delivered within the Business Forum met the great interest of the audience. Currently the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science is already at the end of preparations for the next IFAM & INTRONIKA 2015 in Celje.
