The Laboratory for Robotics and Intelligent Control Systems (LARICS) of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing will be present at the B2B Trade Fairs IFAM – INTRONIKA – ROBOTICS 2022 as an exhibitor (visit us at our booth A-101C) and speaker at the Business Forum Robot Systems and Automation in Agriculture on February 15, 2022.
LARICS is a research laboratory that was founded in 1996 and has since grown to 26 full-time researchers today working on 18 projects in various areas of robotics. Several of them focus on the application of new technologies in agriculture, including:
- HEKTOR – Heterogeneous Autonomous Robotic System in Viticulture and Mariculture
- SPECULARIA – Structured Ecological Cultivation with Autonomous Robots in Agriculture
- WATCHPLANT – Smart Biohybrid Phyto-organisms for Environmental in situ Monitoring
- AGROSPARC – Smart and Predictive Agriculture for Resilience to Climate Change
The latest results of these four projects will be presented at the above forum by LARICS researchers Prof. Dr. Zdenko Kovačić, Prof. Dr. Stjepan Bogdan and Prof. Dr. Matko Orsag.
