HIWIN at IFAM 2026: Miniature Solutions for Maximum Precision in Confined Spaces

On the occasion of the IFAM trade fair, HIWIN will showcase its solutions dedicated to compact and high-precision automation, with a particular focus on miniature linear guideways and miniature ballscrews designed to meet the most demanding designs in limited spaces.

The miniature linear guideways of the MG series are engineered to ensure maximum precision, rigidity, and reliability even in extremely confined spaces. Their compact and lightweight design makes them ideal for applications where reduced dimensions must coexist with high performance.

All metallic components are made of stainless steel and special alloys, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long operational life. The gothic arch contact allows the guideways to withstand loads in all directions, offering high rigidity and motion accuracy even in the most sensitive applications.

The rolled, miniature ballscrews have been developed for compact applications requiring high precision, reliability, and ease of installation. With an external diameter of less than 10 mm, they are ideal for high-performance applications in restricted spaces, such as mini actuators, compact automation devices, and precision electronics.

The special design allows for quick and intuitive installation. Despite their compact size, Mini-RBS solutions guarantee smooth motion and consistent performance over time.

They are available in various configurations, with diameters ranging from Ø4 to Ø12 mm and different leads, ensuring wide design flexibility.
