HIWIN linear axes KH series, which would be showed in IFAM2026, adopts a modular design with high load capacity guideways and offers variants with toothed belt (B) or ballscrew transmission (S), ensuring maximum robustness and operational reliability.

There is the option of modular designs which can be easily combined to create two- or three-axis or gantry-type positioning systems, providing high-precision and high-speed motion control to meet the diverse needs of modern industrial automation.

A steel cover can be used to prevent dirt and dust from entering the axis in working conditions with coarse, sharp or hot foreign objects and there is also the possibility to add HIWIN servomotors and drives to have a total solution package.

HIWIN linear axes KH series are widely used in automation, cutting, inspection, handling, packaging and printing applications in which customized solutions are highly requested.

KHM linear axes are compact and versatile, ideal for applications requiring high speed, heavy loads, long strokes, and precision, ensuring reliability and accuracy in every movement.

KHM-B with belt drive system ensures lightweight, fast, and flexible operation. To increase the precision and handle heavy loads, ensuring long-term stability there is the possibility to choose the KHM-S using a ballscrew transmission.

KHT linear axes instead offer high torsional rigidity and low mounting height, ideal for moving heavy loads with precision in limited spaces or cantilevered setups.

The toothed belt with modern high-performance profiles of the KHT-B enables dynamic tables designed for medium loads with an integrated double guide and magnetic strips integrated hold the belt firmly in place and increase the sealing effect.

If for your application you need to ensure precise positioning, making these tables suitable for high-load and torque-intensive applications it would be preferable to use the KHT-S version with ballscrews. Different shaft pitches are available for each size to optimally meet the requirements also in terms of maintenance, the design infact has a grease nipple on the carriage for each lubrication point.
