Digitally Controlled Solar Dryer for Use in Agriculture and Phyto-pharmacy

Organic production and ecological processing of agricultural and phyto-pharmaceutical products is an imperative of advanced market-oriented bio-production in controlled conditions where product quality certification is an important prerequisite for placing goods on demanding markets. Highly automated solar dryers, with digital remote production monitoring and supervisory control, represent the future of modern production, where both quantity and quality are expected from the manufacturer at the same time. As part of the presentation, an innovative technical solution of a solar dryer with an extended drying effect, that does not require additional use of electricity from the grid, will be presented. The architecture of the plant is based on the application of complementary modules – solar heat collector, temperature buffer and drying chamber.
